I really love antique indigo calico quilts from the 1800s and this one doesn't disappoint. There are so many beautiful indigo calicos in this octagon pattern quilt and is a nice lighter weight summer quilt so has a great drape to it. We chose to make our kimono style collar Haori jacket using this indigo quilt. It's a relaxed fit style and easy to layer over anything. We added front patch pockets to the jacket for added ease.
